Cambridge is a separate city in Waterloo Region; Doon South is a neighbourhood in south Kitchener. A Cambridge listing and an Enclave home are not interchangeable locations, even if both appear in a regional search.

Start with your daily destinations. If your work, childcare or family commitments are in Cambridge, test the journey from each actual property. Buyers whose routine crosses Kitchener and Cambridge should compare both rather than assume one is always faster.
